How Do I Get a Refund Via E-Gift Card.

Welcome to the guide on how to process a return and receive a refund through an E-Gift Card. This return method must be done through the 'Mail or Drop Off' option during the return process.

Things to keep in mind:

• Order total of $150 or less will qualify
• Once your package is dropped off, you should receive an email notification later that day with your Gift Card details, which includes:
  
  • The Gift Card amount which is the total refunded
  • The Pin Number
  • The Gift Card Number
  • To start your return process click here

Below are the steps on how to process your refund and receive it via E-Gift Card:

1. Make sure you are logged into your account and then Click on "Purchase History"

 

2. Navigate and Click on "Exchange or Return"

 

3. Click "Start a Return"

This Gift Card refund option is only available through 'Mail or Drop Off'. 

 

4. Choose the item(s) you wish to return.

 

5. Click the "RETURN" button

 

6. Select a reason for the return

 

7. In the provided text box, briefly explain why you would like to return the item. This is 'Optional'.

 

8. After entering the reason for the return, click on the "DONE" button.

 

9. Proceed to the next step by clicking on the "Next" button.

 

10. Select a Return Drop-Off Option. Please note return to the store does not qualify for the Refund to Gift Card option.

 

11. Select your preferred return location.

 

12. Move forward to the next step by clicking on the "Next" button.

 

13. Under the "How would you like your refund?" section. Simply choose the option to refund through a Gift Card.

 

14. Then Click the box to accept the Terms & Conditions.

 

15. Provide your email address in the designated field.

 

16. Finalize the return process by clicking on the "SUBMIT" button.
