What You’ll Need
- The item you wish to return or exchange
- The item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Tags still attached
- Returned within 30 days of purchase
Return or Exchange Process

Visit Your Nearest Store
Bring the item to any of our retail locations. -
Let Us Know You Don’t Have a Receipt
Inform a store associate that you’d like to return or exchange without a receipt. -
Provide Basic Information
You may be asked for your name and contact details to complete the return. -
Receive Your Refund or Exchange
- Refunds are issued as a gift card or credit for the item’s current selling price.
- Exchanges are allowed for items of equal or greater value. If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference.

Sign the Return Receipt
You’ll be asked to sign a copy of the return receipt for store records.
