How to Return or Exchange In-Store Without a Receipt

• The item you wish to return or exchange
• The item must be:
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Tags still attached
  • Returned within 30 days of purchase

Return or Exchange Process

1. Visit Your Nearest Store
   Bring the item to any of our retail locations.
2. Let Us Know You Don’t Have a Receipt
   Inform a store associate that you’d like to return or exchange without a receipt.
3. Provide Basic Information
   You may be asked for your name and contact details to complete the return.
4. Receive Your Refund or Exchange
   • Refunds are issued as a gift card or credit for the item’s current selling price.
   • Exchanges are allowed for items of equal or greater value. If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference.
5. Sign the Return Receipt
   You’ll be asked to sign a copy of the return receipt for store records.
