Returning your eyewear with Lenskart is easy and straightforward. Here’s how you can return products and request a refund:
Return Eligibility:
Before initiating a return, ensure:
- The product is within the return window, typically 30 days from receipt.
- The product is unused, with original packaging and accessories.
Returning an Item:
- Initiate a Return: Log into your Lenskart account and view 'Order History'. Select the order and click 'Return Item'.
- Select Return Reason: Choose a reason for return from the provided options.
- Print Return Label: Print the provided return label and attach it to your package.
- Ship the Package: Drop it off at the nearest courier service location.
Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
